IMPORTANT NEW COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Capilano Community Services continues to take safety precautions to protect our staff, volunteers, and program participants from COVID-19.  Modifications have been made to our programs and services to ensure your safety and well-being. We recognize that everyone has different comfort levels related to COVID and may choose to take additional safety precautions. We encourage everyone to continue be kind and respectful of each other, our volunteers, and our staff.

In order to participate in Capilano Community Services programs or events you must:

• Have no symptoms of COVID-19 and agree to inform us if you test positive for COVID-19.

• Accept the risk of possible illness due to your participation.

• Report to a staff member if you feel unwell before, during or after participating in a program hosted by Capilano Community Services.

Seniors' Programs

We have issued a Senior's Hub Safety Policy [PDF] outlining our current protocols.

RED CROSS Health Equipment Loan Program (HELP)

​

Our HELP program follows the Red Cross Policies related to delivery of health services.  Clients of this program are requested to wait outside the HELP program doors and will be greeted by a volunteer.
