A place where families and children can connect, learn, and grow together!

Our Family and Children’s programming is by donation. We support services for families of children aged newborn to 5 years old. We offer opportunities for families to play, learn and connect, in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Our community-responsive programming seeks to improve health and well-being, enhance parenting skills and knowledge, strengthen social connections, build resiliency, and improve food security so that families can thrive.

Programs and Services

Join us! Below is a list of our services, drop-in and registered programs, workshops, and events.

Early Years Program

Our Family and Children's Program supports families with children aged newborn to 5 years old by offering a variety of no-cost/low-cost social and educational activities. Additionally, we conduct parenting support workshops facilitated by knowledgeable experts and provide access to community resources and referrals.

Our program is designed to engage both children and their parent/guardian

in actively learning together. Through a diverse range of activities, our community

responsive approach focuses on fostering healthy childhood development,

enhancing parenting skills and knowledge, and strengthening social connections,

ultimately empowering families to thrive. Our indoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to accommodate children with diverse abilities and needs.

We offer both drop-in and registered programs that revolve around play-based learning.

These programs encompass structured and unstructured play, incorporating elements

such as songs, story time, music, arts & crafts, imaginary play, and gross motor activities.

With a primary focus on social-emotional learning, our programs aim to promote

well-rounded early childhood development.

We embrace a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally safe environment, providing valuable opportunities for both children and adults to learn and connect.

*We do not provide daycare/childcare services
