Good morning everyone. I think this upbeat dance video is a good way to get our bodies moving:














I thought that we would try another way to stimulate our brains. How about learning to write poetry? You may have written poetry before or still write it but if you haven’t or if you would like to learn some tips and try some writing then this video may help.
