Let’s start the day a little differently. I know that you have probably already had breakfast today but here’s a new breakfast idea. Looks amazing to me, and you can put lots of healthy things inside like spinach (Popeye would approve of this plan.)

Think about what decade your favourite music was made. Did you love the music from the 1920’s, 1930’s, 1940’s, 1950’s or later?  Who is your favourite singer of all time? Here is one of the favourites from the members of My Parkgate Break that I think you may enjoy.
