Now how about we go back and test our knowledge of the 1970s with this trivia quiz. The purpose of this isn’t to see how smart you are but to get your brain cells moving, and perhaps bring back some memories.

While I do not really like cooking that much, as a single working mom of four children, nutritious/simple and fast meals were important (and requiring as little cleanup as possible). With this chilly winter, I was thinking how wonderful a hot bath or hot springs are. I searched for “Hot Springs in North Vancouver” and came across this. While I suspect that this water is not hot, what do you think? Do you know which trail this is? It looks like part of the Baden Powell Trail to me but I’m not sure.

Now, this is what I’m talking about. Here is a video of the truly wonderful natural hot springs in the Kootenays.

If you would like to visit a Hot Springs nearby there is always the well-known and world-renowned Harrison Hot Springs only an hour and a half from Vancouver.

I love nature, music and sports. I came across this video of impossible moments in sports and thought that I should share. What sport or sports did you like to participate in? What do you do now for exercise?
