This Saturday, July 1, is Canada Day and I for one am grateful every day that I live in Canada. Here is a quick lesson on how Canadians explain Canada Day to our American neighbours.

Let’s get this Canada Day tribute going with this upbeat walking workout to music from some amazing Canadian artists. Here’s an interesting survey that ranked the Canadian provinces. I don’t really agree with the ranking, but I was enthralled enough to watch to the end and like the commentary about the pros and cons of each province, and the scenery of each province was lovely. (Note: I also had a chuckle by the first part of the BC segment of the video showing Vancouver traffic in a snowstorm which can happen but isn’t an everyday occurrence.)
