It has been pretty warm recently, so I thought that I’d share these summer pasta salad recipes that you can make ahead in the evening when it is cooler. Put them in the fridge overnight and enjoy one for lunch or a cold dinner. I’m not sure which one I would like best, but I think it would be the Italian pasta salad with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and parmesan.
