You know that we always start our day with exercise so here is one of my favourite seniors’ exercise instructors with an 11-minute video to music from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

Next we usually do something to get our brains moving and today is no different except that this video will show you brain exercises (neurobics) that will improve your memory. While I have not looked into the validity that these actually work, I think that they are fun metal exercises.

I  want to share with you a couple of super easy (and inexpensive) summer dessert recipes. All you need to make this fabulous dessert is: three lemons, sugar, cornstarch and a cup of whipping cream. I am definitely going to try this.
