I have never been a huge fan of fish, but I tried this recipe and it is both easy and delicious.
Even though the weather has been a bit iffy lately, let's get outside (virtually) for a lovely walk in our own backyard. Here is a fabulous video of a 4 km walk along the Capilano Canyon Hiking Trail. I encourage you to stand up, walk along and visualize yourself walking this trail. If you also have a chance to do it in person, in better weather then it will refresh and rejuvenate you.
As you may know by now I am a huge fan of humour but what you may not know is that boxing is my least favourite sport. I think Charlie Chaplin’s strategy is brilliant. I hope you laugh and enjoy!
If you are even a little bit crafty and a little bit romantic then this is a great and simple way to make candles.
One of my favourite musicals is The King and I. My parents even saw Yul Brynner starring in the 1984 production at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Were you there? It’s not the complete movie, but if you want to watch the best scenes you can start with this video and keep going!
