Good morning everyone. A fall can totally change your quality of life - and we want you to stay safe and still active throughout the winter. Here is a great video with exercises that decrease your risk of falls by increasing balance and stability.
As you know, keeping our brains active is just as important as our bodies. Here is a great (not too difficult) crossword website that you may enjoy. Let’s end our day with this wonderful video of Winter Harp. If you haven’t ever been to a performance of theirs then I highly recommend it, and you should still be able to get tickets to their concerts at Capilano University Theatre here for December 19 or 20.
I hope you had a great day.
Stay safe and I hope you check back in next week - Monday, Dec. 19.
