I am always looking for easy and healthy meals and you may want to watch and consider these summer dinner recipes. You may even want to try one out for a change of pace.
Let’s enjoy this great virtual walk in beautiful North Vancouver. The Twin Falls Walking Trail actually takes about 1.5 or two hours to walk but if you stand up, walk in place and pretend that you are on the trail, we can do it together in 20 minutes.
Did you watch television in the 1950s? Here is a fun video that will take you back to that decade. I hope you take a moment to think about where you were and what was important to you during the 1950s.
Music is crucial to our health and mental health. Since we enjoyed the music from the 1950s to test our knowledge of that era, let’s keep with the 1950s theme and sing along to our favourite songs from that decade.
