My Lions Gate BREAK

Cost: $40 per day. Subsidies available.
Location: Lions Gate Community Recreation Centre (1733 Lions Gate Lane)

My Lions Gate BREAK (MLGB) is a dementia day program for individuals experiencing the changes associated with mild to moderate dementia. Participants enjoy socialization, discussions, art, music, light exercise, and other engaging activities designed to stimulate the mind, encourage connection, and support independence. The program also provides a valuable break and resource for caregivers. Each participant brings their own lunch.
