You know what time it is - time for some exercise! Here is a fun 10-minute exercise video to music from the Bee Gees.
It is important to keep our brains active. See how you do with these brain teasers. (I have to admit that I couldn’t find several of these optical illusions.) I wish you luck!
Here are some amazing fall recipes that you may want to try (or drool over).
Meet the most intelligent animals in the world. I enjoyed this and hope you do as well.
Tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 30 is the first National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. Here is Cree author Michelle Good in a CBC interview explaining the importance to First Nations People of the recognition of this day. You may want to reflect on your feelings about this topic.
If you want a bit more information here is a good video about how to celebrate this special day.

Let’s end the day a lot closer to home with this amazing video of the 2011 Squamish First Nation Pow Wow. I think this is an apt way to end this day.
I hope you enjoyed your day.
Please send us your feedback. It will help us build a better program for YOU.
Stay safe and I hope you check back in next week - Wednesday, Oct. 6.
