Lions Gate Virtual Views - April 7, 2021
Welcome to Lions Gate Virtual Views. We are glad that you can escape with us on these weekly virtual journeys!
Please email Melanie with any feedback or suggestions for future program content. Enjoy!
Let’s start the morning with some exercise with this new Paul Eugene video. If you want to do one of the routines more than once, just pause the video. Remember to pace yourself and not overdo it.
As usual, the next part of our day is some brain exercise. Here are some tricky riddles. Remember that you click on the pause button if you want more time to try to figure one out. When you think you have the right answer (or give up), restart the video!
Now that you have exercised your body and brain you will need to refuel that body! I am sure that you have loads of recipes that you make regularly but I thought I would share a new one. Here’s a great frittata recipe that is easy and healthy. I hope you get a chance to make and enjoy it.

If you like gardening and are a bit crafty (or even if you aren’t but can appreciate those qualities in others), this is a great video of do-it-yourself activities for your garden.
It is time for some entertainment and awe. Have you ever read the Guinness Book of World Records? Here’s the best of 2020:
I hope that you had a great day and a lovely evening. I found Royal Wedding, the 1950 musical starring Fred Astaire and Jane Powell, for your evening entertainment. I hope you enjoy it and have a safe and wonderful week.
I hope that you have enjoyed these videos and activities. Have a lovely evening.
See you next week - Wednesday, April 14.
