My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK
My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - October 26, 2020
Let’s get started. My LionsGate BREAK members are part of a special club. Here is another song that represents our future program as friends. Please email me if you have another idea for a theme song for us.
We are going to focus on the upcoming holiday of Halloween. (Sorry, my least favourite holiday). Let’s start the day with some exercise. Here is a Halloween chair dance with Paul Eugene:
Before you head for lunch here is a brief video (from National Geographic) of the history of Halloween:
Lunch topic of conversation: “Did you participate in Halloween as a child? If you did, talk about what you liked or didn’t like about Halloween? If you didn’t take part, do you like or dislike Halloween?” If you want to share your experience, email me.
If you need some Halloween humour, watch this: Jimmy Kimmel does his annual trick on the kids. Watch to the end because although the first videos are a little sad, the last ones are heartwarming and the video ends with a bang.
Halloween is also about the costumes. Here are some lovely Kids Do It Yourself Costumes. I love these.
If you want a bit of a tricky contest, here is the 14th Annual Half and Half Halloween Contest where two characters are mixed up into one costume. Good luck trying to guess these!
Have you had some time outside today? If you like Halloween, you might like to see how Halloween is done at Disneyland:
If you would rather watch weird & amazing Fireworks, this is truly spectacular. I love this.
This is the way that I would like to end Halloween. With some peaceful and relaxing music, by Tim Janis. Enjoy. And while I don’t love Halloween, I do love this music. I hope that you have a great week.
I hope you had a great day.
Please send me your comments, suggestions for future 'days' or let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.
