My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - October 12, 2020

Let’s get started. My LionsGate BREAK members are part of a special club. This is a silly happy Thanksgiving song that I hope you enjoy:

I wish you a very happy Thanksgiving. Please stay safe and find something to be thankful for.

Here is a short video about the history of Thanksgiving in Canada. I hope that you learn something, because I know that I did.

Before you head for lunch look at this lovely video about gratitude from the perspective of Denzel Washington:

Now go enjoy your lunch and reflect on the things that you are thankful or grateful for. Come back and see what the afternoon will hold.

Have you had some time outside today? If you have travelled widely in British Columbia you may have visited or taken the walk to Bridal Falls in Chilliwack. I encourage you to stand up and walk while watching this video.

Here is a great video of Martha Stewart making table flower arrangements for a Thanksgiving dinner. If you enjoyed this then just keep watching for more fall centrepiece instructions.

Have you cooked a turkey? Have you had a turkey catastrophe? Although this is a Christmas turkey story, I still thought it was worth listening to as it is a classic Stuart McLean story. (P.S. If you keep listening you may hear more from Stuart McLean).

Here is some amazing Thanksgiving music with Perry Como, Norman Luboff and The Boston Pops. (Keep on watching after the end of the video for more similar music.)

I hope you had a great day.

Please send me your comments, suggestions for future 'days' or let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.
