My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK
My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - November 30, 2020
Let’s get started. My LionsGate BREAK members are part of a special club. Here is a great song to start the day:
Let’s get some exercise. I love the energy of Paul Eugene’s Senior Gold Dance Fitness Party. Even if you can’t keep up just keep moving to the beat.
Can you believe that tomorrow is the beginning of December? This is the last month of the year. What are you going to do this month to celebrate the end of the year? Here are 60 things to be grateful for. (Although there are ads and you may not relate to all of these, you may find much to.)
Lunch topic of conversation: “Think about and share what you are most grateful for?” I would love to hear your story. If you want to share your experience, please email me.
Have you had some time outside today? Over the next few weeks I am going to share some winter North Vancouver walks. Here is the first, in Deep Cove:
Let’s continue with a walk to Quarry Rock. (Feel free to stand up and walk while we are watching.)
Here is some vintage winter music that isn’t Christmas!
If you want a blast from the past, here are some of the best Christmas cartoons:
I hope you had a great day.
See you next week - Monday, Dec. 7.
