My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - November 16, 2020

Let’s get started. My LionsGate BREAK members are part of a special club. Here is a great song to start the day:

Let’s get some exercise. Here is a senior’s dance fitness video that I hope gets you blood moving:

Today we are going to look at the weather as we head into our rainy/snowy season. Here is a lovely video with the beautiful music of Christopher Cross, Rainy Day in Vancouver:

Lunch topic of conversation: “Do you like the rainy days of winter? Do you prefer rain to snow? Do you have a wonderful memory of a rainy winter day?” I would love to hear your story. If you want to share your experience with me please email me.

Have you had some time outside today? If you have travelled in British Columbia you may have visited Long Beach. While the weather isn’t raining it would be great if you stood up and walk in place while you watch this video of a walk through the scenic Vancouver Island rain forest:

There are so many funny things that happen when there is winter weather (either with rain, ice or snow, so let’s get a few laughs (very important during this season) with this hilarious video of weather failures:

Here is one of the most famous songs about rain – Singing in the Rain with Gene Kelly from 1952. If you like the music from this movie, here are all the songs (when one video ends just wait and the next song will play). This will be a wonderful way to end the day.

I hope you had a great day.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next week - Monday, Nov. 23.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
