My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - November 22, 2021

It’s time to get some exercise, with this lovely and relaxing chair yoga routine:

Here is a fun way to get your brain cells moving. This is a geography trivia quiz that has some easy and some difficult questions.

Now is a good time for some time outside. While the leaves are almost all off the trees and we are into the cooler, wetter weather, I just couldn’t resist the pictures and music in this video. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do.

Music is very important to our culture, mood and so much more. Before we enjoy an interesting concert with unique instruments, here are the Top 15 rare and strange musical instruments:

As promised, here is more. While some of the instruments are familiar, the performances are outstanding and I hope you enjoy them.

A great way to end the day is with some comedy. One of my favourite comedians is Lucille Ball. Here is a three-hour Lucille Ball comedy marathon that starts at the beginning with her career with a sketch featuring George Burns.

I hope you enjoyed the day. Stay healthy and I hope you come back next week for more.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next week - Monday, Nov. 29.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
