My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - May 3, 2021

I hope that you had a good weekend. I thought we would start the day with a song full of spring and humour: An English Country Garden, by Rolf Harris.

Let’s get our body moving with some exercise. Remember to pace yourself, drink lots of water, and don’t worry if you can’t follow along exactly. Just smile and keep moving.

Here is a great May trivia quiz. Remember you can pause if you want more time to consider your answer.

I hope that your lunch is more nutritious than portrayed in this video of Lucy and Ethel at the Chocolate Factory:

While we may not be able to travel to Vancouver Island at the moment and you may not want to do some of these outdoor activities, I still think you might enjoy this next video:

When I think of spring, I think of birds. Here is a great video that identifies birds and their sounds. How many do you recognize?

Here is some evening entertainment. A 1947 romantic comedy movie starring Paulette Goddard and Fred MacMurray called Suddenly it’s Spring:

I hope you had a great day and that you stay healthy and safe.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next Monday, May 10.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
