My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - March 29, 2021

Here's some laughter and levity to get us moving this morning. (I really should have used it for St. Patrick’s Day week.)

Did that get your toes tapping? Let’s get the rest of your body moving. This is a great video, and easy to follow. Please be sure to follow along with the video.

Crosswords are a great way to exercise your brain. Here’s a guess-the-animal quiz. The clue shows up on the top and the place for the answer is highlighted in yellow. If you want more time, just press the pause button. Good luck!

Humour is a very important part of our health and mental health. I showed this video to our My Parkgate Break members and they loved it. I hope you do as well.

Let’s get some time outside. Because we were talking about animals earlier, let’s think about being on an African safari. I hope you enjoy this video. If you have been to Africa and seen any of these animals in the wild then you have been truly blessed.

In keeping with the animal theme, here’s a great way to end the day.

Lassie is an American television series that follows the adventures of a female rough collie dog named Lassie and her companions, both human and animal. The show was the creation of producer Robert Maxwell and animal trainer Rudd Weatherwax, and was televised from 1954 to 1973.

Here is an episode of Lassie.

If you enjoyed this you can carry on watching other episodes.

I hope you had a great day and that you stay healthy and safe.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next Monday, April 5.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
