My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK
My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - March 28, 2022
Let’s get the day started with this fun chair exercise program to the upbeat music of the Bee Gees. Enjoy, and remember to only do what is comfortable.
Now that we’ve gotten our bodies moving, how about getting your brain moving with this easy (I hope) game where you guess the word by putting the pictures together. If you want more time to figure out the word just press pause. Good luck and have fun!
Let’s get some ‘virtual’ time outside with this lovely walking tour of VanDusen Botanical Gardens in Vancouver. I’m sure that many of you have enjoyed these gardens in person and now might be a good time to schedule a return visit as the flowers are just starting to come up.
There is nothing more sweet than a baby, and more particularly baby animals. Here is a video that I couldn’t help but say “aww” to. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
We may have overlooked Saint Patrick's Day on March 17, but here is a nod (and a laugh) to that day by a Greek Father and Son duo. If you know Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance then you may be able to relate to this more.
Let’s end our day with this great Gilbert and Sullivan production of HMS Pinafore from BBC Proms 2005.
I hope that you enjoyed your day.
See you next week - Monday, April 4.
