My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - March 22, 2021

This is truly one of my favourite morning songs and a great way to start the day. Here is Morning Has Broken by Cat Stevens. Feel free to sing along, as the words are provided.

Let’s get some exercise with this new Paul Eugene video. If you want to do one of the routines more than once, just pause the video. Remember to pace yourself and not overdo it.

Here is a great way to exercise your brain. Watch this great video of the Indian Hills Community Centre billboard that posts great billboard messages. Make sure that you pause the video if you need time between each sign to understand and appreciate the message.

I hope you had a great day and that you stay healthy and safe.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next Monday, March 29.
