My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - March 1, 2021

I’m always looking for uplifting morning songs or jokes to start the day. Here’s Oh What a Beautiful Morning from the 1955 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Oklahoma. I hope you have a beautiful day.

Even though it is only Monday, here’s Workout Wednesday, Brain Exercise for Seniors, a two-in-one brain and body exercise.

Are you an animal lover? Look at these that melted everyones' hearts:

Not sure exactly how I ended up with equestrian events, but I wanted to get outdoors so here are some memorable equestrian moments that I hope you enjoy. (If you like that, just wait for the ads to clear and you should get more.)

Let’s have a bit more time outside with our local beauty, Ambleside Beach, West Vancouver:

I hope it is time for laughter. I grew up with Winnie the Pooh and I think there is both humour and wisdom:

We could end the day with some relaxing guitar music for relaxation:

I hope you had a great day and that you stay healthy and safe.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next Monday, March 8.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
