My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - June 8, 2020

Pam's welcome message:

Brain and Body Fitness Class with Gail Roxburgh:

Conversation topic of the day: What is your favourite funny video?

Here is one of mine:

I did this with Fraser Valley strawberries when my children were little, to make jam.

This is my daughter in 2005, who is now working as a social worker in Victoria with at-risk youth. Also, my twins who were just over a year old.

Music is very important to our mood and health, so let's listen to a classic:

We can't all go for a walk right now, but I thought it might be fun to take a tour of the Eiffel Tower. Have you ever been? Does this look familiar? If you haven't been, would you have liked to?

Since we gave you some of the music from Oliver, let's enjoy the whole musical:

I hope you have a great day. Please send me your comments, suggestions for future 'days' or let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.
