My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK
My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - June 7, 2021
Let’s start the day with some exercise. I love Paul Eugene’s energy, enthusiasm and love of life. Pace yourself, drink water and don’t worry if you don’t get all the moves. Just make sure you smile and move.
This is a great way to work your brain and get your mouth watering for the wonderful fruit flavours. This video is like charades. You have to guess the fruit based on the pictures you see and put together. Don’t worry if you don’t get them all – I didn’t!
How about singing along to some oldies music? All the songs have the lyrics so you can join in. If you don’t care for the song just move scroll forward to the next song. I hope you enjoy some of these.
Before I leave you with some evening entertainment, here is a wonderful Stuart McLean story about a Canoe Trip. I hope you laugh at this as much as I do!
Here are a few songs to whet your appetite for what could be your evening entertainment, here is the title song:
And this is one of my favourites, The Telephone Hour.
If you want to watch the entire Bye Bye Birdie Musical starring Ann Margaret you could borrow it from your local library or buy or rent it here.
Stay healthy and I hope you come back next week for more.
See you next Monday, June 14.
