My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK
My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - January 18, 2021
Let’s get started with perhaps the famous Good Morning song from the 1952 musical Singing in the Rain, starring Gene Kelly, Debbie Reynolds and Donald O’Connor:
I hope that made you want to get up and dance. Here is a short dance video to Hawaiian music that everyone can dance to, and remember, no one is watching - so dance your heart out!
If you want to keep moving to a bit faster beat then you might check this one-mile walking workout. Don’t worry if you can’t follow all the steps, just keep walking to the beat and keep smiling.
Why don’t you see how you do with this old sayings quiz. Don’t worry if you don’t get the right answer, you may learn something new and hopefully have some fun.
Head off to lunch knowing that you have given your body and your brain a workout, then come back for some more fun. While you are at lunch think about a favourite saying that either your mother or father used to say.
Let’s head outside (virtually) and up into our beautiful local Mount Seymour and go snowshoeing to Dog Mountain. Not sure if you have ever been but it is absolutely beautiful.
We enjoyed Mount Seymour so let’s head to Grouse Mountain for some more winter fun. I’m sure that you have your own experience or adventure up at Grouse either in the winter or summer. I hope that you can enjoy the mountain again soon.
I was looking for a fun and funny way to end the day and perhaps give you some entertainment for the evening. Here is the Andy Griffith Show. If you liked the episode then just keep watching and another episode will load. Enjoy your evening.
I hope you had a great day and that you stay healthy and safe.
See you next week, on Monday, Jan. 25.
