My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - February 7, 2022

Let’s change things up and start with exercising our brains first. Here is a game where you are given clues and have to find the answer. Have fun!

Now let’s get our bodies moving. Here’s a good chair exercises routine that is easy to follow:

Let’s have a great ‘virtual’ walk outside. This is a fabulous walk around Stanley Park. Please stand up and walk along with the video and pretend that you are walking the seawall.

Humour and a blast from the past are good for the soul. A member of our My Parkgate Break program mentioned the Leave It To Beaver series so I thought I would share the first episode of Season 1 with you. If you would like to watch other episodes, just keep watching and the video should scroll to the next show.

I love animals and this video was too cute not to share with you.

Here is a bonus video of baby elephants doing the cutest things.

Music is always a great way to end the day (I think). I believe that Andre Riuz is going to be in Vancouver with his orchestra on Saturday, March 26 at the Pacific Coliseum. This is a great introduction to his performances:

And this is just a precious performance with a three-year-old violinist. I think I may try to get tickets for this!

I hope that you enjoyed your day.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next week - Monday, Feb. 14 - Valentine's Day.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
