My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - February 22, 2021

This is a good song to get us moving this morning:

I hope that music got your toes tapping. Let’s get the rest of your body moving. Here is a low-impact fitness class to ‘oldies’ music. Don’t worry if you find some of the movements hard to follow, the most important thing is just to keep moving! Remember to smile and don’t do anything that hurts.

It is important to keep our brains exercising as well. Try to follow along with this crossword puzzle. There will be squares lit up to show which item you are trying to fill in and the clue will come up on the bottom right of the screen. Just think of the answer if you can, and then wait to see if you are right when the video automatically fills in the correct answer. Good luck!

Are you getting a little tired of the chilly winter days? While you might not be able to get away right now, have you ever been to Harrison Hot Springs? I discovered this lovely video of this quaint getaway, and it’s super close to Vancouver. I hope you enjoy the video, and if you have been to Harrison Hot Springs I hope this brings back some lovely memories.

How about a little comedy? I know everyone’s idea of what is funny is different, so here’s some essentially British humor - Fawlty Towers with John Cleese from 1975:

I don’t know about you, but there are times that I love to snuggle up in front of the fire and listen to classical music.  Here’s a collection of works composed by Beethoven, Mozart, Bach and others. Have a lovely evening!

I hope you had a great day and that you stay healthy and safe.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next Monday, March 1.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
