My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - February 21, 2022

Let’s get the morning started with this wonderful chair exercise video. Please only do what feels comfortable to you and make sure that you smile.

I thought that to get our brain moving and get us all hungry for lunch this would be a good video. You can pause if you want more time to consider your answer. I hope that you enjoy learning something new about food!

Let’s get some time outside. I was looking for a wildlife video and came upon this video of more than 200 dolphins racing the Nanaimo to Horseshoe Bay ferry a few years ago. I had to share this because I was actually on this ferry at the time and saw this (but I wasn’t smart enough to get a video of it as I was just mesmerized).

I don’t know how you feel about animals being kept in aquariums but this is a very entertaining dolphin show at San Diego Sea World. I hope you enjoy it.

That last video made me think of animals and teamwork and I couldn’t resist sharing this video where the baby pandas aren’t exactly helping but it made me laugh. It also made me think about trying to get jobs done when my twins were toddlers.

Since we seem to have had an afternoon with animals, perhaps you watched the TV series Lassie that was televised from 1954 to 1973. Here is a lovely way to end your evening with this one-hour Lassie special.

If you would prefer to end your evening with music, then this video of Peter and the Wolf narrated by Sir John Gielgud might be more to your liking.

I hope that you enjoyed your day.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next week - Monday, Feb. 28.
