My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - February 8, 2021

Just in case your morning didn’t start the way you thought, consider if your job was waking everyone up. Enjoy!

Time to get some exercise. These are pretty easy to follow but please be sure to only do the exercises that feel good. We don’t want any injuries.

Challenge your brain just a little bit with these 12 Illusions. Don’t worry if you don’t see both images, just have fun. If you want more time on any image, just press pause and then restart the video when you are ready.

Take a look at this fabulous video of incredibly talented dogs. Did you have a pet that you taught tricks?

This might be a good time to (at least virtually) get outside. Recently at Parkgate Community Centre, the My Parkgate Break members went for a walk and watched a paraglider land at Parkgate Park after launching himself from Mount Seymour. Needless to say we had loads of questions for him. Here is a short video of paragliding from Grouse Mountain.

If you would like to know about the process of learning how to paraglide have a look at this video:

Here is one of the best sitcoms from the 1950s, The Honeymooners. If you want to watch more than one episode just let it roll and the next video will appear.

Let’s end the day with the incomparable music of the amazing Neil Diamond. Here is a concert from the early 2000s.

I hope you had a great day and that you stay healthy and safe.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next Monday, Feb. 15.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
