My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - December 6, 2021

It’s time to get some exercise to the music of the 50s and 60s:

This is a great way to get your brain cells moving. Know that you can press pause to give yourself more time. (Note: Don’t worry if you don’t know the answer, just have fun).

A great way to have our time outside is with this wonderful video about Canada’s warmest winter destinations:

We are getting into the holiday season and music is an important part of the holidays. Here’s a great video with the lyrics to 25 popular Christmas songs.

Stuart McLean was prolific with his Christmas stories. Here’s one that recalls the importance of Christmas cards. Did you (or do you still) send and receive Christmas cards? (There will be more Stuart McLean Christmas stories in the next few weeks as we lead up to Christmas.)

This is a lovely video with relaxing and stress-relieving jazz music and a great way to end the day.

I hope you enjoyed the day. Stay healthy and I hope you come back next week for more.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next week - Monday, Dec 13.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
