My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - December 27, 2021

You know what happens now - exercise! Let’s start with Jingle Bells yoga dance:

Here is your second fun video to exercise to:

Here’s the last Christmas trivia quiz of these holidays. Good luck. Remember you can press pause if you want more time to come up with an answer.

You may already have dealt with your Christmas dinner leftovers or you may even have had something other than turkey for dinner. If you did have a turkey dinner and you do have leftovers, these are great recipes that I think you might like to try.

Let’s get some time outside. Here is a wonderful walk through the streets of Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, New York this Christmas.

This will be the last week of Stuart McLean Christmas stories but these are two really great ones. First is Dave’s Christmas parade:

And that’s followed by Ferrets for Christmas:

Let’s make sure we get our music in today with the Top 10 Christmas Carols in the UK, featuring Susan Boyle, Libera, Michael Ball and more at the Royal Albert Hall.

The next program will be after New Year’s Eve so I wanted to end this with New Year's Fireworks from around the world:

I wish you all a very healthy and happy 2022. I hope that 2022 brings us together to share exercise (both body and brain), nature, laughter, culture and, of course, music.

I hope you enjoyed the day. Stay healthy and I hope you come back next week for more.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next week - Monday, Jan. 3.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
