My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - August 31, 2020

Let’s get started. My Lions Gate BREAK members are part of a special club. I think this is our theme song:

Please email me if you have another idea for a theme song for us.

This is an amazing rendition of why music gets us to a better place:

Lunch topic of conversation: Would you rather be 10 minutes late or 20 minutes early? Would you rather arrive early to avoid feeling rushed, or arrive late and not have to wait around and feel bored?

Have you had some time outside today? We could enjoy a video cycle tour of our Vancouver’s beautiful Stanley Park (through the eyes of tourists):

OK, how about us getting some exercise of our own? Here are four stretches that seniors should do every day:

Do we want to end with culture or humor? For today let’s end with culture BUT first, here is English humor with Mr. Bean:

Now let’s end our day today with culture. Do you like the symphony or the ballet? Watch this beautiful rendition of The Bullfight Symphony:

Now here is some real culture. Enjoy this to end our day together - it could be your evening’s entertainment. Tchaikovsky: Swan Lake:

I hope you had a great day.

Please send me your comments, suggestions for future 'days' or let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.
