My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - April 26, 2021

I hope that you had a good weekend. This is a great exercise program to get your body moving. While this might seem to go a bit quickly, if you practice it a couple of times you will get into the routine.

Now let’s get your brain working with this right and left-brain workout exercise video. You may need to try this several times. It is harder that you think but good to get both sides working.

Here’s a little comedy. Skip ahead if you don’t find one of these comedians – there’s 10 of them:

Are you an artist? Do you appreciate people who can paint? While you don’t need to paint along, here is artist Bob Ross creating A Hint of Spring. I totally wish that I could do this.

Here is some great spring-themed music that you might recognize and be inspired to sing along to:

I am a true Stuart McLean admirer. For your evening entertainment, here is Springhill, as told by our iconic Canadian storyteller. Mr. Stuart McLean will truly be missed. If you would like to listen to other Vinyl Cafe stories you should be able to wait for the next story to load and you can listen all evening.

I hope you had a great day and that you stay healthy and safe.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next Monday, May 3.

Pam Havens and the My Lions Gate BREAK team.
