My Virtual Lions Gate BREAK - June 14, 2021

I absolutely love this stretching video as a gentle way to start (or end) the day. Remember to stretch gently – don’t push too hard.

This is a great way to both work your brain and get your mouth watering. Do you like ice cream? This video asks you to guess the kind of ice cream based on the pictures you see and put together. Don’t worry if you don’t get them all.

Let’s enjoy some time outside. Here is a lovely video of a beautiful walk around Beaver Lake in Stanley Park.

I’m not sure how you feel about the Vancouver Aquarium, but I know that my children and I have many happy memories of time spent learning about how to keep our oceans clean and our marine species healthy. I hope you enjoy this video of the Vancouver Aquarium.

All right. Here is both your music AND your humor for this afternoon. I absolutely love this video of animals responding to music:

Since it seems that animals are ending our day, here is a lovely concert to support animals. Close your eyes, listen to the music and reflect on your love of your favourite pet.

I hope you enjoyed the day. Stay healthy and I hope you come back next week for more.

Please send me your feedback. It will help me build a better program for YOU.

See you next Monday, June 21.
